Hi, I’m Alisha Stigall, the Listing Coordinator here at The Pace of Richmond. Originally from Idaho, I recently made the move to Richmond and have absolutely fallen in love with everything this city has to offer—from its vibrant culture and incredible dining to the endless entertainment options.
With years of experience as an Office Manager and Operations Manager, I thrive on organization, efficiency, and creating smooth, stress-free systems. I now bring that same energy and attention to detail to my work here, ensuring that every listing is handled with care and precision from start to finish.
Outside of work, you can usually find me singing karaoke, catching a local theatre performance, or spending time with my husband and our three fur babies—Gyda, Kitty, and Melkor. I’m so excited to be part of a team that’s passionate about people and driven to deliver exceptional service in every step of the real estate journey.
