As a proud Richmond resident for over 30 years and a University of Richmond graduate, my journey into real estate began with a personal passion—purchasing and managing investment properties in the Fan. That passion evolved into a profession after spending more than seven years in the mortgage technology industry, where I gained a deep appreciation for the role that systems and innovation play in helping clients navigate the buying and selling process with confidence and success.

With a strong background in both real estate and technology, I focus on maximizing opportunities for my clients—whether it's finding the perfect home or positioning a property to sell quickly and at top value. My approach is rooted in strategy, precision, and a commitment to delivering results.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy being active in the swimming, surfing, and triathlon communities. As a former college swimmer and age-group coach, I thrive on discipline, endurance, and teamwork—qualities I bring to every client relationship.

My wife, Linda, and I live in Henrico’s West End, where we’re raising two wonderful kids and enjoying all that Richmond has to offer.
